Media
I have been fortunate to have been featured on podcasts, news reports, and other blogs. Here is a collection of some media that I was featured in throughout the years.
Why You Should Schedule Fun First Into Your Calendar
Are you thriving or surviving? Most of us are the latter these days as we near the one-year anniversary of the term "social distance."
Maybe we all need to schedule more fun into our calendars?
Really, schedule the fun. Plan your happy.
That's been Carmen Micsa's secret for 20 years. Carmen is a successful real estate agent, mom of two and burgeoning rapper.
Carmichael Times: What Makes Carmen Run
In 27 years on US soil, Romanian-born Carmen Micsa has hardly let grass grow under her Nikes. She and husband Catalin have raised two kids; she’s gained a Master’s degree in English and established a thriving real estate brokerage. She has personally sold more than 600 houses, built two homes, run 14 marathons and written three books.
“I’d get bored if I only did one thing,” says the 48-year-old. “I believe everyone has many gifts and passions to pursue.”
Hot NorCal real estate trends? 3 words: Accessory dwelling units
For more than 20 years, Dynamic Realty's Carmen Micsa has been helping buyers and sellers in Sacramento's real estate market. She's never seen anything like the buzz being created by three words: Accessory dwelling units, or ADUs.
ADUs are smaller structures, like guest homes or detached garages, built on the same property as a main house.
"It absolutely has to do with the pandemic," said Micsa. "There's been a tremendous increase in demand because so many people work from home, or family members moving in."
